Dutch law is applied. Claims that HIWA Rotterdam Port Cold Stores B.V. brings to court on grounds of art. 23 paragraph 1 Dutch Expedition conditions, will exclusively be settled by the authorized Dutch judge in the location of HIWA Rotterdam Port Cold Stores B.V..
